R.E.A.L. Fitness & Nutrition is seeking candidates for the following positions:


ACCOUNT SALES EXECUTIVE

RealFN has an immediate opportunity for an aggressive, results-oriented independent sales executive with a strong background in digital sales and a proven ability to deliver. The ideal candidate has existing clients and is a DEAL CLOSER.

Position Responsibilities

  • Drive entire sales cycle from securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers with both established and prospective accounts
  • Initiate high-level interactive business conversations with key decision-makers in both small and large companies as related to Internet marketing and advertising programs
  • Secure new clients for interactive advertising opportunities
  • Develop new business from existing relationships, close new business & build a customer base
Position Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Digital Ad Sales experience with clients and agencies in NYC
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Deep understanding of interactive sales performance metrics, marketing demographics, media buying and client ROI
  • An entrepreneurial & creative approach to business
  • A driven self starter who is able to execute and deliver with minimal supervision
  • Superb oral & written communication skills
  • Solid computer skills including Power Point and Excel.
  • Excellent references (recent and relevant) from both former clients and employers
Compensation includes a modest draw plus a high commission.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:
  • Acts as strategic communication link between R.E.A.L. Fitness & Nutrition and client to assure  mutual satisfaction and success
  • Maintains ongoing relationships with client base to assure repeat business.
  • Generates sales opportunities through research, outbound sales calls, industry events and other viable methods
  • Works with creative and management team to develop and deliver presentations to
        prospective clients as part of the sales process
  • Consults with client to uncover needs and opportunities and writes creative brief to guide creative response
  • Interfaces with creative and management team to develop creative proposal & Assists in presentation to prospective clients
  • Closes business with prospective clients

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or related discipline preferred
  • Proven track record in consultative sales to middle and senior management; minimum of  two years' sales experience in related industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all management levels
  • Detail-oriented; exceptional organizational skills to support prospective clients with
        timely follow-up
  • Ability to work collaboratively, lead pitch and kick off teams to exceed client expectations
  • Ability to partner, develop and communicate with support staff to meet goals.



WEB DEVELOPER

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for a wide variety of interactive projects including landing pages, emails,
        interactive sales tools, flash banners and enhancements
  • Understands site architecture, user interfaces and navigation.
  • Partners with merchants to translate their business objectives into design solutions.
  • Fluent in HTML. Codes emails, homepages and landing pages.
  • Informs designs with data analytics to improve performance of web pages and emails.
  • Independently navigates the creative process, negotiating successfully with other teams
        while being proactive, resourceful and flexible along the way.
  • Takes projects from conceptualization to execution. Meets all deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-4 years of related professional experience
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver/ HTML; knowledge of Flash and
        Actionscript a plus
  • Thorough understanding of web production and optimization
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically, and the ability to manage multiple
        projects simultaneously and efficiently
  • Self motivated, team oriented, have a collaborative approach to creative development and
        possess a positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail & strong communication skills
  • Possess excellent type design skills.
